Many thanks to Tenille for introducing our club to the world of Facebook, Instagram & Twitter and for opening our eyes to the power of social media. Tenille was always very knowledgeable of social media and its trends & uses. She encouraged our efforts and was always fun & helpful to work with. She monitored our posts (as well as those of our competitors), was always available for questions, made helpful suggestions & hints but never took over as we learned the intricacies of how, why, when and to whom we should post. I would thoroughly recommend Tenille for those starting out in social media for business.
“Great things in business are never done by one person; they’re done by a team of people.”
So you’re interested in collaborating with Newcastle Creative Co? Great! We can’t wait to get to know you & hear about your passion project. First up, and what will help us get on the same page is to have a quick read below of some of our expectations. You may not have identified everything like a target market for example (which we can help you with), however it does get the ball rolling quicker.
If you’re still interested and think we will make a good fit, there is a form below which we ask you to kindly fill out. This is a great opportunity to tell us why you need help with your business and what you’re hoping to achieve through the collaboration. The more accurate the info you can give us, the better & clearer the solution we can provide. If the question isn’t relevant simply leave the box empty – Thanks for stopping by!
What is it that you want to achieve? We love goals & vision at NCC and we hope you do too! This aspect of your business needs to be clearly communicated from the get go when we collaborate.
If we don’t know where we are going or how we are going to get there together we will ultimately end up wasting time and money. If you don’t have this, we encourage you to spend some time crafting your vision & goals.
As you can probably tell by now, we are all about collaboration. Like our mate Steve Jobs said earlier, “great things in business are never done by one person; they’re done by a team of people”.
We love bringing our different gifts and expertise to the collective table to see your business succeed, so if you’re not much of a team player, don’t have a team or don’t want one, we may not be the best fit.
In the digital world we live in today it is imperative to know your target audience. Ultimately it will make your digital budget go a lot further for you. Building & engaging with your target audience through relevant product and content is the only way to generate new customers & followers online.
If you don’t already have an audience you should be prepared to build one. This ties into your vision & goals.
Cash-flow is King! If you view your website, social media & marketing like a vehicle, then cash is your petrol. No petrol, No go and your business will break down, sit there, gather dust, maybe rust… You get the idea.
So if you really want your business to go places, then you’re going to need to invest some cash. We won’t break the bank, and for larger projects we offer affordable monthly payments.
The most passionate person in your business should be you. Passion is the fuel needed to keep going when the going gets tough and you need to ride those quieter times out (we all have them, it’s normal).
Building your audience & online content is hard work and it takes time. Your passion will be a direct reflection on how fast your online presence grows and how motivated your team is. We want to catch your fire!
One big thing we appreciate is quality communication on a fairly regular basis. In our experience nothing slow’s things down and causes frustration quite like vague, slow or last minute briefing. If we work together we need your focus, in particular when we require material for your website, print or socials.
Sounds good? Now that we’ve that out of the way. Let’s collaborate. Simply fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you shortly.
The Collaboration Process
1. The Consult
After the Collaboration form has been completed we then meet to discuss your project in more depth. This is to ensure we fully understand the project, set specific targets & time frames.
2. The Plan
From here the team sits down to research and strategise the best way to get your brand & business in front of your target audience in the most creative and effective way possible.
3. The Production
Once you’re happy with the plan and we get the green light to move forward, our production team goes to work on developing your project and implementing the strategic plan.
4. The Revisions
Once production is done we send you the first round of art including a link to the development site or social page for review. This part of the phase is where any required tweaks are made.
5. The Delivery
After testing and tweaking is done we get to hand the keys over to you. Mmmm that new car smell…The big day has finally arrived and your project is ready to be shown off & hit the road.
